SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The Heartland Family Service Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program is a nationally recognized, evidence-based model that provides comprehensive, community-based support for adults living with serious mental illness. Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver individualized treatment, rehabilitation, crisis support, and recovery services that help individuals build stability, independence, and meaningful lives within the community.
This is an exciting community mental health leadership role for an experienced licensed clinician who is passionate about both direct client care and team development. The ACT Clinical Lead provides day-to-day leadership, clinical supervision, mentorship, and operational oversight for a dynamic multidisciplinary team while maintaining a smaller clinical caseload. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through relationship-centered care, innovative problem solving, and collaboration with community partners.
We are seeking a highly skilled behavioral health professional with experience serving adults with complex mental health needs who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates are strong clinicians, natural mentors, and collaborative leaders who value recovery-oriented care, staff development, and community engagement. Compensation: between $58,000 and $73,376 per year (salary is based on total years of relevant experience)
