Were currently hiring in Burlington, Illinois to support a school district in need of Occupational Therapists. School-Based Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $45 $47 an hour
• School Year
• Schedule: 1 day per week
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Location: Burlington, IL
• Assignment Details: Elementary School: resource and life skills
• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• Will provide occupational therapy services according to student IEP
• Assigned schools may include various grade levels
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:

• IDFPR Occupational Therapist license
• American Heart Association BLS
• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
