Des Moines Medical Center is looking for a Plastic Surgeon to fill their full-time need!

Ancillary Staff per provider: 0.5:1
Medical Imaging: Yes
Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 16+ clinic visits per full day depending on type
Appointment length: 15 - 30 min
Patient Demographics: Surgical and cosmetic patients of all ages
EMR: Epic
Teaching Opportunity: Yes

Job Responsibilities:
Trauma call, ER consults, in-office consults and procedures, reconstructive collaboration w/breast surgeons

Schedule:
Full-time need
Patient 36 hours patient contact hours, M-F with call rotation

Shifts per month: M-F with call rotation
Clinic Hours: 7:30a-4:30p
Clinic Days: M-F
Procedure/OR Days: 2-4 per week
On Call: currently rotation soft tissue call in addition to clinic call/EMTALA
Either 7 on 7 off or 2 weeks on, 2 off ASAP! Call only to start, would review clinic/OR needs in the future.

Requirements:
Board Certified - REQURIED
Active IA License or Active IMLC (please upload LOQ at time of name clear) - REQURIED
Must be experienced - REQUIRED
100% Clean License Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
